Pulmonary Rehabilitation
Pulmonary Rehab is a multidisciplinary approach to patients with debilitating pulmonary disease. The pulmonary disease often creates a significant deficit in the patient’s ability to carry functional tasks.

Program goals include:
  • Decrease in symptoms
  • Improvement in psychosocial status
  • Enhancement in ability to perform activities of daily living
  • Increase in knowledge of self-care skills and disease management
  • Reduction in hospitalization and length of stay with readmissions
