Intensive - Coronary Care Unit 
The Intensive–Coronary Care Unit (ICCU) at Ohio County Hospital is a 4-bed unit for Intensive Care and Coronary Care patients. Nursing staff members in the ICCU are specially trained in the care of critically ill patients. Examples of conditions of patients that might be in the ICCU include those who have had heart attacks, strokes or major surgeries. Patients who are admitted to the ICCU require intensive nursing care and monitoring. The nurses are in constant attendance with the patients in ICCU caring for the patients’ needs in an individualized manner.
