Fordsville Area Medical Clinic
  Welcome to hometown service. The kind of health care service most of us grew up with is alive and well right in Fordsville. Charlotte Bratcher, ARNP, who has earned a Master of Science degree in Nursing, provides the care to patients in the clinic. Ms. Bratcher conducts physical exams, orders appropriate diagnostic studies, determines diagnosis, and develops treatment plans to meet the needs of the patient. The clinic is under the medical staff leadership of Darby Cole, MD. Dr. Cole makes weekly visits to the clinic and is available to see patients at that time by appointment only.
The clinic is open Monday 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Tuesday - Thursday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, and Friday 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM. Appointments can be made by calling (270) 276-9953.
