Electroencephalogram (EEG) 
 EEGs are offered by appointment only. Patients may bring physician orders to our hospital to obtain testing. To obtain services, you must have an order signed by your physician that includes the procedures to be performed and a diagnosis.
We will FAX or mail your results to your physician. Patients may obtain their own copy of the results by visiting our Health Information Management Department to sign a release of information.
