 | Dr. Billy Allen obtained his undergraduate training and medical degree from the University of Kentucky College of Medicine, internship at David Grant Hospital in California, and residency at Brooks Aerospace Medical School in San Antonio, TX. Dr. Allen is board certified with the American Board of Family Medicine and has been in practice in Ohio County for 40 years. |
 | Mrs. Charlotte Bratcher, ARNP, CFNP obtained her Master of Science in Nursing from Western Kentucky University and is board certified by the American Board of Nursing Specialist. Ms. Bratcher’s professional association with Ohio County Hospital spans over 30 years and her leadership roles include Quality department, Medical surgical unit and Administration. Ms. Bratcher has been practicing as a nurse practitioner since 1997. |
 | Dr. Heather Garrett obtained her undergraduate degree from University of Kentucky, and received her Medical Degree from the University of Kentucky College of Medicine. She completed her residency at the University of Louisville / Glasgow Family Medicine residency program. Dr. Garrett is board certified with the American Board of Family Medicine and begin practice in Ohio County in August 2009. |
 | Dr. Steven Mills obtained his undergraduate training from Eastern Kentucky University, received his medical degree from Pikeville College of Osteopathic Medicine, and residency at Saint Joseph Regional Medical Center in South Bend, IN. Dr. Mills is board certified with the American Board of Family Medicine and has been in practice in Ohio County since 2008. |
 | Dr. Ray Rowland obtained his undergraduate training from Georgetown College, received his medical degree from the University Kentucky College of Medicine, and residency through the University of Louisville at T.J. Sampson Hospital in Glasgow, KY. Dr. Rowland is board certified with the American Board of Family Medicine and has been in practice in Ohio County since 2007. |
 | Cynthia Wilson A.R.N.P. obtained her Advanced Masters of Science in Nursing from the University of Southern Indiana and is board certified by The American Board of Nursing Specialists. She has also earned an additional specialty in Women’s Health. Ms. Wilson was a surgical nurse at Ohio County Hospital for over 10 years and has been practicing as Nurse Practitioner since 2004. |
