Urinary care can many times be a sensitive subject, but it doesn’t make your need for care any less important. At Ohio County Specialty Care, we offer our patients a compassionate, confidential, safe and patient centered environment in which they can receive medical and surgical treatment. Our services cover a broad range of healthcare needs including treatment for both male and female urinary tract problems and the male reproductive system.
Conditions treated include:
Adult Incontinence Clinic
The Adult Urinary Incontinence Clinic, one of our newest therapies, is available to patients who suffer from incontinence. The program employs a physical therapist to evaluate the function and coordination of muscles in the lower trunk and pelvis.
On average, patients are seen one to two times a week for three weeks, unless otherwise indicated. The use of biofeedback allows the activity of these muscles to be evaluated. Our therapist will design the most effective treatment program for you, our patient. Ask your physician if this program is right for you.

In addition to the clinic, Ohio County Hospital provides our patients with a comprehensive approach to Urinary Incontinence that includes, after initial evaluation, drug therapy, behavioral therapy, pelvic floor therapy and surgical options.
